Terms and Conditions for PDF & Image Resizer

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PDF & Image Resizer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dewan Creation ("we," "us," or "our").

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

2. App Services and Features

The App provides users with tools to manage and edit PDF files and images. The core features include, but are not limited to, resizing, converting, password-protecting, and adding watermarks to files.

Important: All file processing is performed entirely locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your personal files (images or PDFs) on our servers.

3. In-App Subscriptions and Payments

The App is free to use with advertisements. To access premium features and an ad-free experience, you may purchase a subscription.

• Billing: All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Billing system. We do not collect or store any of your personal payment information, such as credit card details.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through the "Subscriptions" section in your Google Play Store account.
• Restore Purchase: If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can use the "Restore Subscription" feature to regain access to your active subscription, provided you are using the same Google Account used for the original purchase.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process using the App.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, or other malicious code into the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its name, logo, source code, design, and all related content, is the exclusive property of Dewan Creation and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, such as Google AdMob, Firebase, and Google Play Billing. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEWAN CREATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEWAN CREATION OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Banlgadesh], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
